Do I need to bring the email birthday coupons into the restaurant to be eligible to receive the benefits?

No, you do not need to bring them in. If you had a friend sign up for you and you do not have easy access to a computer or your email, you may arrive at the restaurant anytime of the month of your birthday, and provide your phone number and birth date, and your server will look you up on the POS terminal, and if you are in the system, you are eligible to receive the benefits.

What are the benefits of signing up?

I signed up and created my password, but my password doesn’t work anymore, what can I do to log back in?

You may click on the “Forgot Password” link, and you will receive a new password by email. If you still have issues logging in, using the “Contact Us” link on our website, enter your name and email and submit your situation and we will reset your password and provide it to you so you can log back in to your account.

I’m trying to set up an account for my spouse and we share an email, and the system says my email address is already used for another account, what can I do so I can sign up my spouse?

Each member must have their own email address to sign up. If your spouse does not have an email address, you must create a new email address for your spouse and use the new email address to sign up your spouse. If you do not know how to create an email address, contact your service provider, and ask them to create an email address for you.

The sign-up portal says I have a Loyalty Card on my account, what does that mean?

Our system uses a 14 digit number that is assigned to you when you sign up, and has the option to use physical cards for the members, hence the “Loyalty Card”. Traditions Restaurant opted out of the physical card that can be provided to the member and refers to the number as a “Virtual Card Number” instead of using the physical cards. Traditions VIP members will not have a physical card.
