These are the benefits of being a VIP member:
You may click on the “Forgot Password” link and you will receive a new password by email. Each member must have their own email address to sign up. If your spouse does not have an email address, you must create a new email address for your spouse and use the new email address to sign up your spouse. If you do not know how to create an email address, contact your service provider and ask them to create an email address for you.
Our system uses a 14 digit number that is assigned to you when you sign up, and has the option to use physical cards for the members, hence the “Loyalty Card”. Traditions Restaurant opted out of the physical card that can be provided to the member and refers to the number as a “Virtual Card Number” instead of using the physical cards. Traditions VIP members will not have a physical card.
